Investigations and Litigation Support
Common Uses for Polygraphs:
Polygraph examiners verify the truth of statements and detect deception through the use of specialized equipment that records and detects physiological characteristics. The results can be used to aid in the decision to negotiate a plea deal versus going to trial.
Although the results of a polygraph can not be used in trial, the findings may be considered by the judge during sentencing and even by opposing counsel during a plea negotiation.
Polygraphs can also be helpful in corporate investigations to determine involvement, reduce risk and for pre-hire screening.
Examinations can take place in our office or out in the field and generally can be performed within 48 hours.
Our examiner retired from the FBI with 27 years of service and is a graduate of the highly coveted Department of Defense Polygraph Institute. He has extensive experience in complex financial investigations and white-collar crimes.
